What is the building process?

An overview of what happens during a project, what you can expect from us and your questions answered about what comes next.

We follow a simple process in stages to ensure you are aware of whats happening in your project:

➔ Initial Site Meeting & Measure
➔ Concept Design & Budget Estimate
➔ Design
➔ Construction
➔ Proposal
➔ Completion

Kristi also touches on some key topics such as budget, variations, types of plans you will receive, consultants, Master Builders contracts, signing your lease and negotiating with your landlord.
